I combine interaction design, research synthesis, service design, and systems thinking to simplify how people make decisions inside large organizations. Whether defining the logic behind an AI-assisted recommendation, visualizing actions across a journey, or structuring a design system that scales across teams, my goal is always the same: create experiences that reduce friction, reveal insight, and make everyday work feel easier.
